Visit a family Iberian Ham producer dedicated to the production of “Jamon Iberico” near Ronda. Most of the Serrania de Ronda mountains are populated with pigs and acorn oaks, providing an ideal natural environment for sustainable Iberian pig farming.

The elaboration of the Jamon encompasses all the phases of the process, from the raising of the pigs to the elaboration and curing of the different products. The Iberian pigs are bred and raised in three farms ranging from 56 to 114 hectares, with an average of one pig per hectare, which ensures maximum quality and also means that the production of Iberian products is very limited. In fact, the entire production of this family producer has been bought in its entirety by one of Malaga’s most famous tapas bars!
