Malaga Shore Excursion

Cruise Excursions from Malaga Port

Málaga is the historic provincial capital of Andalusia and has a typical Mediterranean climate, and is also known as the birthplace of famous Spanish artist Pablo Picasso.

The city offers beaches, hiking, architectural sites, art museums, excellent shopping and cuisine. The older rundown port has also been fully redeveloped and modernised and cruise passengers are delighted by genuinely interesting historical and cultural attractions in its old city, as well as it’s beautiful coastal settings.

Our Malaga Shore Excursions differ greatly from the regular contracted cruise liner shore trips from Malaga port. For example, the Ronda Wine & Food Tour is designed to take you further inland off the beaten path, to focus on the wine, food, culture and hospitality of Spain. And, as we keep our groups small to create exclusivity and intimacy, this is why our cruise guests often choose our tours as the best part of their cruise!

Our Malaga Shore Excursions are specifically created for the food and wine lover, and we also offer the same attention to detail that will fit your ship's schedule and includes transportation to and from the dock. Enjoy the scenic landscapes of Andalusia, visiting boutique wineries of the region, and sampling about four or five wines at each winery, followed by a traditional multiple-course lunch at one of the vineyards. Ronda sightseeing can be included as well, depending on your cruise schedule.

We offer you a worry-free cruise excursion, ensuring your timely return to the Cruise port, at least one hour before your departure time. We can also adapt our wine tours depending on your docking times. Do not hesitate to contact us for further details and available options such as private excursions, for the tour you are considering.

Despite Ronda's relative infancy as an enotourism destination, it has historical viniculture roots that date back thousands of years to the aptly-named ruined ancient Roman city of Acinipo, meaning the 'city of wine' - one of the few cities in the Roman Empire that made wine of such good quality that it was exported back to Rome! Most of the wineries on the Ronda Wine Tour are situated in the scenic "Serrania de Ronda" countryside, however one should not miss the historic centre of Ronda old town, enjoying in the wonderful Arab and Moorish architecture and, of course, the famous Tajo Gorge and bridge. Our Ronda Wine Tour includes free-time to explore the beautiful sights around the old town.
